Review Autopilot
Review Autopilot — for owners whose reviews pile up unanswered: a person works your review profile for you. Unhappy reviewers get a drafted recovery attempt, every customer gets asked for a review the same way, and every reply is drafted for your approval — nothing is sent until you’ve read it.
$149 setup audit, one time — then an optional loop at $29/mo

What does Review Autopilot do?
- You give the go-ahead and a link to your public review profile.
- We pull your reviews and sort every unhappy reviewer (1–3 stars) HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW for recovery, by rules printed in the audit — how recent the review is, whether you’ve responded, whether the complaint is specific, whether the reviewer says it was resolved.
- We draft the private recovery messages and the public replies, hand-check each one against the review it answers, and set up the request flow and your testimonial widget.
- You receive the audit as a document. You read, edit, and send. Nothing goes out in your name without you.
A sample moment — shown with made-up names
Sample: a two-star review lands — “waited three weeks, nobody called back.” It sorts HIGH: recent, specific, unanswered. The draft in your audit reads: “James, thank you for telling us — we’re sorry a bill should never come as a surprise, and ours did. Please contact us directly and we’ll walk through your invoice line by line with you and correct anything that doesn’t add up.” You change two words, post it, and send the private note from your own records. The reviewer is never asked to change the review.
One honest note about the name: the “autopilot” is the loop, not a robot. The sorting is rules-based software, not AI; the drafts are prepared by us and checked by a person; and the sending is you. If a service in this category tells you it all happens automatically, ask it who reads the angry ones.
Who is Review Autopilot for — and who is it not for?
It’s for you if…
- Your reviews sit unanswered for weeks because the work comes first.
- Happy customers never get asked, so your profile is mostly the unhappy ones.
- You want the replies written but the final say kept.
It’s not for you if…
- You want bad reviews removed or buried. That is not offered here, at any price.
- You want a dashboard and live alerts. This is a document and a monthly service, not software you log into.
Reviews are one half of being found. The other half is what happens when someone reaches out: missed calls are Never-Miss-a-Lead’s job, and a website that can’t answer a question is the FAQ Agent’s.
How much does Review Autopilot cost?
$149 setup audit, one time
Then, only if you want it: the loop at $29/mo per location, month-to-month.
What’s included in the $149 audit
- Every unhappy reviewer (1–3 stars) sorted HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW for recovery, with the reason in plain English — and the sorting rules printed in the audit, so you can check every call.
- Private recovery drafts for the recoverable reviewers, and public reply drafts written for each review that should get one.
- Not-a-candidate cases labelled with their handling instead of a pitch — happy customers, abusive posts, and spam get flagged through the platform, never engaged.
- Thank-you notes for your five-star reviewers.
- A review request flow: one note, the same wording and the same public review link, sent to every customer after a completed job.
- A testimonial widget for your own website, showing the testimonials you approve, with the average computed from what’s displayed.
- Delivered by the date we agree — the clock starts when your payment, your go-ahead, and your review-profile link are all in — whichever comes last. Live by the date we agree, or your setup fee comes back in full — guaranteed.
The loop, if you take it ($29/mo)
- A monthly check of your profile, with new reviews sorted the same way.
- Recovery and reply drafts for your approval, each month.
- The month’s review requests prepared from your completed jobs — the same note, the same link, every customer.
- Widget additions for the testimonials you approve, and a one-page monthly report: counts, tiers, themes, flags.
Some review platforms sell this job bundled into a 12-month contract that auto-renews, paid a year up front, fees non-refundable. Here the price is on this page, the audit is a single payment, and the loop — if you take it at all — is month-to-month. Cancel any time; the audit, the drafts, and the widget stay yours.

The terms, plainly: $149 once for the audit. If the audit is not delivered by the date we agree, the $149 comes back in full. If your go-ahead and profile link aren’t completed within 14 days of purchase, the order is refunded in full. The loop is separate and optional — you agree to it afterwards, only if you want it, and it is never bundled in silently.
Free sample first: email us your public review-profile link and we’ll send back the first page of your audit — your unhappy reviews sorted, with one recovery draft written — free, no card. The full audit (every draft, the request flow, the widget) is the $149 setup.
Can I see what an audit looks like?
Yes. We ran the full audit on a fictional plumbing company with invented reviews, so you can read the real deliverable — the sorted list, the drafts, the rules — without anyone’s real reviews being published.

24 invented reviews: 19 unhappy ones sorted HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW, every draft written, the sorting rules printed.
Questions
Will this get my bad reviews removed?
No — and that is not what this is. Anyone who promises removal is selling something you should not buy. Review Autopilot helps you answer well, make a genuine recovery attempt with the customers who can be reached, and earn more reviews honestly. Removal is never offered, asked for, or traded for, and nothing is ever offered in exchange for removing or changing a review.
Do you post the replies or send the messages for me?
No. Everything arrives as drafts in a document. You read them, edit them into your own voice, and you send and post them yourself. Nothing ever goes out in your name without your say-so — there is no approval app or button, because the approval is you, reading it.
