FAQ — Review Autopilot
Direct answers about Review Autopilot: what it does, what it costs, and what it will never do. No fine print.
Will this get my bad reviews removed?
No — and that is not what this is. Anyone who promises removal is selling something you should not buy. Review Autopilot helps you answer well, make a genuine recovery attempt with the customers who can be reached, and earn more reviews honestly. Removal is never offered, asked for, or traded for, and nothing is ever offered in exchange for removing or changing a review.
Who writes the replies — a person or a program?
Both, in that order of importance. A rules-based program sorts your reviews — how recent, whether you’ve responded, whether the complaint is specific, whether the reviewer says it was resolved — and the rules are printed in your audit so you can check every sorting decision. A person then hand-checks every draft against the review it answers before you see it. It is not AI, and the sorting is a way to decide where your effort goes first, not a prediction about any reviewer.
Do you post the replies or send the messages for me?
No. Everything arrives as drafts in a document. You read them, edit them into your own voice, and you send and post them yourself. Nothing ever goes out in your name without your say-so — there is no approval app or button, because the approval is you, reading it.
Is asking customers for reviews allowed?
Asking is what every platform expects. Paying for reviews, offering something in exchange, or selectively asking only happy customers — “review gating” — is what platforms prohibit. Review Autopilot asks every customer the same way: one note after a completed job, the same wording and the same public review link for everyone, whatever they honestly thought of the job. Unhappy customers also get a private route to you, because fixing their problem is the point — and they get the same public link as everyone else.
How do you reach unhappy reviewers privately?
Through contact details from your own job records, if you have them — the drafts are written for that channel. We don’t obtain, buy, or look up customer contact details.
What if some of my reviews are fake, or from a competitor?
They’re classified as not-a-candidate, with the indicators noted, and the audit tells you to flag them through the platform’s own reporting route instead of engaging them publicly. We can’t get them removed and won’t pretend otherwise.
Where do the reviews come from?
Your own public review profile, pulled with your go-ahead after you order. No third-party data, no private customer information.
What does the audit need from me?
Your go-ahead, a link to your public review profile, your business name as it appears there, and the owner name to use in draft sign-offs. For the widget, access to place one snippet on your website — or your web person’s email.
What does it cost?
$149 once for the setup audit. No monthly fee for the setup. Afterwards, only if you want it, the loop is $29/mo per business location, month-to-month — additional locations are quoted per business before any agreement. There is no contract and no agency tier.
Is there a contract?
No. The audit is a one-time $149, delivered by the date we agree — the clock starts when your payment, your go-ahead, and your review-profile link are all in — whichever comes last — or the $149 comes back in full. If the loop is ever taken, it is month-to-month and separate; cancel any time and the audit, the drafts, and the installed widget remain yours.
Still deciding?
Start with the free sample — your unhappy reviews sorted and one recovery draft written, no card — or order the full audit for $149 once, delivered by the date we agree or the $149 comes back in full.
