$149 setup audit, one time

$149 once for the audit. No monthly fee for the setup. Afterwards, only if you want it, the loop is $29/mo per business location, month-to-month — agreed separately, never bundled in silently. Additional locations are quoted per business before any agreement; there is no agency tier.

What’s included in the $149 audit

• Every unhappy reviewer (1–3 stars) sorted HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW for recovery, with the reason in plain English — and the sorting rules printed in the audit, so you can check every call.
• Private recovery drafts for the recoverable reviewers, and public reply drafts written for each review that should get one.
• Not-a-candidate cases labelled with their handling instead of a pitch — happy customers, abusive posts, and spam get flagged through the platform, never engaged.
• Thank-you notes for your five-star reviewers.
• A review request flow: one note, the same wording and the same public review link, sent to every customer after a completed job.
• A testimonial widget for your own website, showing the testimonials you approve, with the average computed from what’s displayed.
• Delivered by the date we agree — the clock starts when your payment, your go-ahead, and your review-profile link are all in — whichever comes last. Live by the date we agree, or your setup fee comes back in full — guaranteed.

The loop, if you take it ($29/mo per location)

• A monthly check of your profile, with new reviews sorted the same way.
• Recovery and reply drafts for your approval, each month.
• The month’s review requests prepared from your completed jobs — the same note, the same link, every customer.
• Widget additions for the testimonials you approve, and a one-page monthly report: counts, tiers, themes, flags.

Two rules run through every draft and are not negotiable. Recovery comes first, and nothing is ever offered in exchange for removing or changing a review. And reviews are never bought, incentivised, gated, or suppressed: every customer is offered the public review link on the same terms.

The terms, plainly: $149 once for the audit. If the audit is not delivered by the date we agree, the $149 comes back in full. If your go-ahead and profile link aren’t completed within 14 days of purchase, the order is refunded in full. The loop is separate and optional — you agree to it afterwards, only if you want it, and it is never bundled in silently.
